Our in-home support services are available for children and adults living with a disability who wish to stay in their own homes with personalised assistance. Our trained support staff can assist with:

  • Domestic tasks like cleaning, cooking, and laundry

  • Personal care and hygiene

  • Attending appointments and running errands

  • Managing bills, banking, and utilities

  • Shopping and household organisation

  • Light gardening or yard maintenance

This service is ideal for those with Core Supports in their NDIS plan. Please speak with your Support Coordinator or LAC to confirm eligibility.

Creating safe and enjoyable outdoor spaces

A tidy, accessible home environment can make a big difference in daily wellbeing. We offer tailored outdoor maintenance services to help participants live safely and comfortably.

Services may include:

  • Lawn mowing and edging

  • Weeding and garden upkeep

  • Clearing walkways and paths

  • Installing outdoor aids or home fixtures

  • Light household repairs and modifications

We currently serve clients in the Adelaide metro area and are expanding into the Mid North. Services are available to individuals living with intellectual or physical disabilities, seniors, young people, and Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander peoples.

At Cornerstone Support, our services extend from in-home assistance to vocational training and meaningful community participation. We take a collaborative approach—working closely with individuals, their families, and support networks to develop holistic, person-centered plans that reflect each participant’s unique goals, abilities, and preferences.
Our aim is to support people to live as independently and confidently as possible, while encouraging active involvement in their communities. We are passionate about building a more inclusive society—one where people of all abilities are valued, respected, and empowered to thrive.
At Cornerstone, we’re more than a support provider—we’re dedicated partners in each participant’s journey toward greater independence, purpose, and belonging.

WHY US?

When you choose to hire our disability and aged support providers, you are choosing a team of dedicated professionals who are committed to helping individuals with disabilities and daily difficulties reach their full potential.

Community Participation

Building connections and enjoying community life

We believe everyone should feel part of the world around them. Our Community Participation support encourages participants to take part in local activities, explore interests, and enjoy new experiences with confidence and support.

Examples of activities include:

  • Attending social events, sports, or local festivals

  • Joining hobby or interest-based groups

  • Exploring parks, beaches, art galleries, or museums

  • Going shopping or dining out

  • Visiting local markets or entertainment venues

  • Engaging in volunteer or faith-based activities

  • Participating in community classes or workshops

Support is available under Core or Capacity Building Supports.

Respite & Short-Term Accommodation

Time to recharge, for both participants and carers

Caring for someone can be deeply rewarding—but everyone needs a break now and then. Our respite care offers short-term support for participants, allowing families and carers to take a rest, knowing their loved one is well cared for in a safe, supportive environment.

We offer:

  • In-Home Respite: Support delivered at home for convenience and familiarity

  • Community-Based Respite: Short breaks away, in welcoming, supervised settings

Respite care allows participants to explore new places, relax, or socialise while giving carers time to rest and recharge. This service is available under Core Supports.
